Jonathan Beyuka (1953–; Zuni) is the son of Edward A. Beyuka (see Edward Beyuka) and is the brother of Philbert (Bert) Beyuka. Like his brother Philbert, Jonathan works in mosaic jewelry. He collaborated with his late father, Edward Beyuka, whose long career in figural inlay, silver, and gold extended from 1951 to c.2000.

His mother is Madeline Beyuka (see Madeline Beyuka), the former wife of Edward Beyuka. Madeline Beyuka works in mosaic inlay and is the sister of Angela Cellicion and mother of Philbert, Jonathan, and Janet Amesoli.

The Beyuka family represents one of the significant Zuni inlay and mosaic silversmithing lineages of the second half of the twentieth century. Edward Beyuka specialized in large, complex bracelets and bolos and was the registered agent for the Zuni Craftsmen Cooperative Association (ZCCA). Jonathan's collaboration with his father links the second generation directly to the institutional foundation of Zuni silversmithing organization.

BEYUKA (sometimes in etched script)" — Hougart, Bille. Native American and Southwestern Silver Hallmarks, 5th ed. (2022), approx. p. ~9414.

The marks are J B (initials) and J. BEYUKA (initial plus surname, sometimes in etched script). The etched script variant reflects the Zuni tradition of hand-inscribed marks alongside stamped ones.
