# Milford Tahe — Navajo Silversmith
Milford Tahe (Navajo) worked in stamp work and bump-out techniques. He is recorded as the husband of Emerson Bill and the mother of Elvira Bill, connecting him to the extended Tahe–Bill family network that is well-documented in the Navajo silversmithing record. His mark is a named script mark reading "Hand made by Milford Tahe."
The Tahe family includes several active silversmiths: Nora Tahe (heavy gauge bracelets; stamp work; mark: NORA), Franklin Tahe (see Franklin Tahe), Jerrod Tahe, and Verna Tahe, who collaborated with her husband Franklin Tahe.
