Jose Benevidez (born 1959) is a Kewa (Santo Domingo Pueblo) silversmith working in a traditional style with nuggets and cuffs.

Kewa (formerly called Santo Domingo Pueblo) has a deep tradition of heishi shell jewelry and silverwork. Nugget work sets rough or polished turquoise and coral chunks in silver settings, typically in multi-stone row arrangements.
