Farrel Kallestewa (born 1953) is a Zuni silversmith who has been active since the 1970s. The Hougart record documents his work in inlay — a technique central to the Zuni silversmithing tradition, in which precisely cut stones are set flush into silver channels to create mosaic-like compositions.
Farrel Kallestewa's career spans several decades of Zuni silversmithing activity. His mark, F. K., is a simple initial stamp consistent with the conventions used by many Zuni artists of his generation.
