Carlos White Eagle (1937–2013) is an Apache silversmith active from the 1950s through 2013. He worked in hand-wrought construction, nugget work, set stones, scrimshaw, applied buttons, bracelets, buckles, and watch cuffs. He incorporated kachina figures in channel inlay. He worked with Fred Peshlakai in California and was the owner and operator of the White Eagle Gallery in Claremont, CA.

Heritage note: Hougart documents Carlos White Eagle as Apache. His heritage is stated exactly as the source records it.

Scrimshaw in silver-jewelry context refers to engraved or incised decorative work. Channel inlay sets cut stone flush within raised silver walls.
