Bryceson Pinto is a Zuni painter and silversmith. Hougart documents his work as figural inlay with many avian motifs, in various materials, with carved designs. He is the son of Shirley Benn (not yet in the directory).
He collaborated and shared signatures with his former wife, Andrea Pinto.
Collector's caution: Both documented marks are shared signatures — "Bryceson & Andrea Pinto" and "B & A Pinto," etched in script. Per Andrea Pinto's own entry, she continued crafting their designs after the divorce, so a shared signature does not by itself settle which hand made the piece, or when. Read the signature together with the work's design and any provenance before attributing.
