Adrian Keene (Roy) — Acoma silversmith hallmark namecard

Name-card placeholder — hallmark imagery to follow.

Overview

Adrian Keene (Roy), born 1956, has been active since the 1970s. Hougart lists her as Acoma. She comes from a smithing family: her father is Gus Keene, Sr., and Hougart records her as sister of Gus Keene, Jr. — both documented with their own marks.

Collector's caution: Three Keene-family smiths carry KEENE-family marks, so read stamp, period, and style together before attributing a piece. One documentary wrinkle worth knowing: Hougart's entry here lists Adrian as Acoma, while the entries for her father Gus Keene, Sr. and brother Gus Keene, Jr. record Navajo. We report each entry exactly as printed rather than smoothing the difference.
